Agreement to Terms

By accessing the HealthProLux website (www.healthprolux.com) or engaging with HealthProLux services, visitors and clients agree to the following Terms and Conditions. HealthProLux reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Services

HealthProLux is a healthcare and behavioral health systems advisory firm providing consulting, strategic planning, workforce development, training, and advisory services to healthcare organizations, government agencies, county behavioral health departments, and nonprofits. All services are provided under separate written agreements between HealthProLux and the client organization.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form, verbal agreement, or other medium, the recipient agrees to receive SMS messages from HealthProLux. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

Types of Messages

HealthProLux may send conversational, customer care, and account notification SMS messages related to consulting services, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and general business communications.

Consent

Express consent is required before receiving text messages from HealthProLux. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services. Consent may be provided verbally, through a website form, or by initiating a text message to HealthProLux.

Opt-In

Text START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to (925) 233-4727 to begin receiving SMS messages from HealthProLux.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out of receiving future text messages from HealthProLux. Upon receipt of an opt-out request, no further messages will be sent. A confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge the opt-out request.

No Sharing of Consent

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

HealthProLux SMS services are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

All information collected through SMS communications is subject to the HealthProLux Privacy Policy available at www.healthprolux.com/privacy-policy.

Intellectual Property

The HealthProLux name, logo, and the Jackson Behavioral Health Transformation Model™ are the intellectual property of HealthProLux Inc. The HealthProLux trademark is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Official Gazette, January 9, 2024). Unauthorized use of HealthProLux trademarks, content, or proprietary frameworks is prohibited without prior written consent.

The Jackson Behavioral Health Transformation Model™ is an independent conceptual framework developed by Rolonda S. Jackson to support behavioral health system transformation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of California.

All content on the HealthProLux website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and documents — is the property of HealthProLux Inc unless otherwise noted. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from HealthProLux.
